Who We Are

We started out as tenants in this building in 1988 and eventually purchased the property from the owner in 2004. Anyone remember Surf-n-Subs and Brand X Pizza??

We believe that an owner should be involved in promoting their community by advocating for its long-term vitality and desirability. We have been active members of the Downtown Merchants Association and the Auburn Beautification Council for many years. 

Our history:

We began our property ownership journey by buying the property our business was in. We sold that in early 2018 and have reinvested in additional properties in Lee County AL. Both commercial and Residential focusing on the Auburn area.
