About the Apartment

     Furnished with a King bed, two Queen beds, a double fouton, and a queen airmattress this home will sleep up to ten. It is ideal for up to 6 adults and 4 children. There are sheets, pillows (and extra) and blankets (and extras) provided for all beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and it fully stocked with towels, soaps, blow dryers, toilet paper, tissues, and basic medicine/first aid. The bathrooms are spacious and have showers and tubs. The bedrooms both have ceiling fans and carpeted floors. There is a pack-n-play (with sheet and blanket)available as well.

     In the open Kitchen/living/dining area you will love the hardwood floors, high ceilings with crown molding, large windows, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The couches, recliner and the 55" cable TV is ready for watching all the games. The credenza is stocked with games, books, movies, and deluxe poker set for use with the dining room table which flips into a poker table. With seating for 7 the dining area can seat the entire family. The kitchen has plenty of silverware, glasses (beverage and wine), and dishes (service for 18) so your not stuck washing dishes just for next meal. The kitchen is completely stocked with small appliances, utensils, pots, pans, serving dishes and bakeware.If cooking isn't on your list while visiting downtown Auburn offers an amazing array of food within 5 blocks of the house!

     We do provide coffee and a few snacks for our guests. You will also find a few basic condiments in the refrigerator (that you are welcome to use if you choose) as well as basic spices and cooking oil/spray in the cabinet (welcome to use also). The unit also features an LG steam washer and dryer that is available for guest use, laundry soap is also available.

The house has a 2 car garage and has three additional spaces in the driveway if needed.

The private backyard has seating for 10 and a firepit and a BBQ grill for guest use.

The was built less than 10 years ago.  The home is furnished with all needed linens, paper products and kitchware. All you really need is your suitcase and this unit will feel like home.

Cleanliness is prioritized and the house is well maintained. Cleaning supplies are available in the house for any needs that may arise during your stay. We expect our guests to show respect for the property and greatly appreciate it when they do.
