If you would like to book through VRBO that is available for apartment 1 but not for apartment 2. We accept payment directly using Paypal invoice or by check. This allows you to avoid VRBO service fees, we make the same amount either way. We do require a damage deposit and we still must charge the 13% lodging tax and the cleaning fee. Minimum age to rent is 25.
